1 – Evaluation and Assessment
The first part of our ERP services is evaluation and assessment. We study your organizational model, especially your supply chain, marketing, and sales functions. Our evaluation includes studying your data storage and sharing SOPs, inter-departmental communication, and general management practices.
We then conduct an assessment based on the evaluation to get a clear idea of your organizational needs and requirements from an ERP and how it can improve performance.
2 – ERP Selection and Implementation Strategy
We will present multiple ERP solutions that suit your organization the best, along with a detailed explanation of features and associated costs. Once you select your preferred system, we will present and work on an implementation strategy.
The implementation strategy development and approval usually take a little time because our team will work with you and go through several rounds of approval. The idea is to cause as little operational disruption as possible.
3 – Dedicated Project Manager
Our ERP services include assigning a dedicated account manager responsible for supervising, organizing, and managing the change process. The project manager will be supported by a dedicated team of experts who have worked on ERP implementation projects for several years and know the ins and outs of the process.
4 – Implementation Management
Our teams will be responsible for implementation management and ensure the ERP system gets installed and integrated smoothly. The implementation involves installing the system, data migration, adjusting discrepancies, and fixing errors.
It is a lengthy process that will happen step by step, and we will share a timeline for it when presenting the strategy.
5 – Contingency Planning for Disaster Recovery
We will always try to minimize any chances of error, but no system is perfect. Therefore, we pre-emptively develop a disaster recovery plan that will automatically become operational in an emergency.
We always create a system of data backups to ensure most data remains secure if the system crashes. Therefore, you can easily reinstate your data after completing the system recovery.
6 – Employee Training and Workshops
Lastly, the ERP implementation is divided into stages. We will conduct multiple workshops and training for the employees at each stage to help them get accustomed to the ERP system and learn about its technicalities.
Our training is always comprehension-oriented, and we create a structure that most employees will not have difficulty following.
